For your attention today is an impressive vintage real red and grey fox fur full length coat in a chevron pattern. The fur is absolutely the softest to the touch and is highly regarded for its plush feel and vibrant colours. This is certainly a coat well worth considering if you are looking for warmth and comfort with plenty of style.
This coat was made from Grey and Lapland/Scandinavian Red fox fur to a special order in the 80’s. The fox fur is still in very good vintage condition without any kind of damage, soft and plush. A mixture of warm Autumn colours and shades throughout makes this coat pleasant on the eye.
The coat has been crafted in a
slightly loose "A"-line style that hangs really beautifully. It has a perfectly
shaped collar, full length sleeves, two pockets and fastens with three hook and
eye closures.
The coat is lined in a beige/brown 100% viscose fabric. The lining is generally in good
vintage condition with only a couple of small catches/hole
and a few faded liquid marks on the bottom of the lining. There are some
signs of general wear/grubby
marks to the suede closing panels inside
the coat. This is not visible when the coat is worn and can be improved with
usual specialist cleaning. The coat is free
from any unpleasant odours and it has not been monogrammed.
A really luxurious coat that is guaranteed to keep you warm and snug
through the coldest winters! It cost a small fortune when it was new but
