We do not accept offers for less than the eBay price unless you use the “make an offer” option, if available and it’s accepted, nor do we end auctions early.  

1.   Coins: We guarantee authenticity only. Any grades are our opinion. The terms we use are our opinions. We encourage communication before you purchase, should you have a concern or question. We are always willing to give you our opinion of any coin. The pictures are what you get. We encourage you to have knowledge of coin grading, coin collecting knowledge, value understanding, and standard coin terms before  you buy. We are happy to answer questions in the eBay message system. We do not accept returns except for authenticity issues.

2.   Proof/Mint Sets: All sets have passed through one or more hands since they left the mint. All the outer-box/envelope(s) are ALL in "used" condition and will evidence wear and tear. None of the imperfections in the outer wrappers affect the condition of the coins enclosed. The Sets are old, outer wrappers are very thin, and have  been handled by previous owners, who opened these wrappers to look at their coins. We do not sell “perfect” sets. The coins have value, not the wrappers. However, we can answers concerning the used condition of the wrapping. ALL proof and uncirculated sets will show signs of toning. No exchanges.

3.   We do not do exchanges: All sales are final; we guarantee authenticity only. "We are selling coins not packaging."  You may reach out with any questions/concerns about a set  condition, prior to paying for your order.

FAQ and General Information

1.     Shipping and Handling Costs: Wheat rolls are $3.95. For single coin orders the cost is $1.00  for one coin that cost under $20.00 and .75 for each additional coin. First class $3.95 mail fee applies to coins with a cost of $20.00 or more. For average size  proof/mint sets, the cost is $3.95 for sets. We ship via United States Postal Service, First Class Mail. This usually  takes 2-3 days delivery time.

2.     International Shipping: See eBay shipping options, buyer pays all shipping costs.

3.     Grading by Third Parties: If a coin we sell has been  previously graded, it’s the opinion of the grader at that time, and should not  be considered the grade it showcases. We do not guarantee and grade indication on any coin or packaging.

4.     Refunds: It is important and reassuring to know that you are protected with eBay Buyer Protection.

5.     Authenticity: All coins are guaranteed to be genuine and may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund if not genuine.

6.     View  items:  Please use the enlargement feature on your device or eBay, if applicable, to determine if the condition of each coin we sell is to your satisfaction. THE PICTURE OF THE COIN IS THE GRADE OF THE COIN PRESENTED, and the coin you'll receive.

7.     Ask BEFORE you Buy: Feel free to ask questions before you pay. We take the most realistic pictures we can and rely on these pictures to represent the grade of  each coin.

8.     Cleaning: Our position is that every coin that is not housed in a sealed mint holder has been  cleaned at some point in its lifetime. "Has this coin been cleaned?". Our response is “Yes, in our opinion the coin has been cleaned to some extent during its lifetime.” However, we have never cleaned any coins in our  procession. We wouldn’t know how to tell if a coin has been cleaned or not.  A good honest coin dealer will tell you most all coins have been cleaned at  some point, they sell cleaned coins, and buy cleaned coins.

9.     Important Note: Please examine the photos closely to form your own judgement/opinion as to grade/value and bid accordingly. We cannot guarantee grading results from a 3rd party grading company.

10. PAYMENT: We accept PayPal only. Payment is expected within 48 hours from the end of the auction. Combined shipping is only offered during the 48-hour payment period. We will combine orders if you purchase multiple items in that 48-hour period, but you must request combined shipping via eBay messaging. If payment has not  been received by the end of 2 days, the item will be re-listed.
