Shipping
For security reasons we cannot change the delivery address details once the order has been placed, the only way to rectify this would be to place a new order and once placed request a cancellation of the original order.

Turnaround times:
Turnaround time for the pages is normally 2-3 working days (this does not include Saturday & Sunday). However we sometimes extend this so please check the estimated delivery date before you order.

Postage options:
The method used is 2nd class which should take 2-4 working days. You can upgrade to express shipping which will ensure your pack is sent 1st class. If you need your pack with a guaranteed delivery option, please send me a message prior to ordering so I can customise the listing. We ship all over the world using the eBay global shipping programme.

Returns:
Returns are accepted as long as the pack is returned in all original packaging and is unused and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping unless we made an error when we originally sent you your book.

Miscellaneous:
There may be a slight variation in colour that shows on your screen to the actual printed version. This is caused by the way different graphics cards handle colours on screen.
If you would like headings adding to the columns (maximum of 4) please message me with your requirements before you order so I can advise if it can be done.
