1) Everything's sold based on the items appearance as seen in the listings photos.
More pictures can be provided. e're human too & so sometimes we can possibly miss something in the details of the description. So, the pictures "rule" as far as the items actual, true condition over what's in the description.
Note, eBay may only show only 6 "thumbnail" photos under the larger photo, but more can be seen using the... " > "
2) We try to use clear, sharp, focused photos as your proof positive of the real, true looks of the item(s).
This takes us extra time & effort, but we've found that savvy buyers both need & want to see & so know much better what they're really getting for their money. If you don't see many, high quality pictures, be suspicious! How can you "really know" what you're really" getting if you can't even see most, or all of it in a listing?
Basically, avoid sellers who can't be bothered to have or show you many good clear, focused & many comprehensive views of the item! If they can't even be bothered to show you what you are going to get for your hard earned money, be suspicious! Ebay allows ALL sellers to include 12 (twelve) free, high resolution photos to be included in all listings. A smart buyer should ask themselves, why didn't this seller want to show me more good clear photos, + what are they trying to hide?
3) We gladly offer both combined & discounted shipping! We encourage multiple purchases as it's good for both the buyer & us too of course. The more things bought & combined, the more money a buyer can save overall on shipping! These savings can really add up. Bigger combo orders can save you big $$ over separate shipping costs.
4) We'll Carefully pack your purchase(s) with proper care! Bad packing shows disrespect to the buyer & it can also damage your items & spoil an otherwise good transaction. We always try to use good, clean, strong & tobacco free, sometimes reused or re-purposed boxes & packing materials. We're not "tree huggers" But we do like the environment, so we try to reuse shipping materials to save you (& us) some money over all new packing materials. We save, you save!
We wish eBay had a 5th. "star" rating for packing, as "proper" packing is so very important for a good transaction!
5) We reserve the right to substitute the selected choice of shipping services to another service. Due to many reasons sometimes a different service is justified. Sadly, eBay refuses to alter the main listing page to make it much simpler & plainly show if any alternative shipping services are offered. The listing page currently has lots of blank, open space on it. There's no excuse to not much more readily show if any alternative shipping services are being offered.
6) We (usually) offer a 30 day return policy! If the item received doesn't match the listings photos, we'll take it back, otherwise all sales are final! We may ask for photographic proof showing the differences from the listings photos. Please, always look very carefully at the photos before you commit to buy. Use them for the actual, real condition of the item being offered over what the description may say. If in any doubt of anything, always ask questions first, BEFORE buying.
7) Condition of original packaging. Sometimes, we can make an error in a listings description concerning the details about the items original packing materials & papers, etc. If you are concerned about these materials, please just ask for more pictures or details before you buy. All sales are still final unless it doesn't match the listings photographic images.
International Shipments :
We use eBay's GSP (Global Shipping Program) for all international shipments. eBay sets & fully controls all of the shipping services & prices for all GSP shipments. Please, direct any GSP questions to eBay directly as we have no control or say over such things. No returns with international sales!
Some golden rules for any buyer to live by:
Don't ever buy a "Pig in a Poke"! ..... Always look for good quality photos that show the item extra well!
Always carefully "look before you leap"! .... Again, ask questions & really study all of the photos extra well!
You get what you pay for! It costs sellers less time & money to NOT show you many good photos, but then you may end up with junk too!
Basically....Don't buy anything you had hoped or gambled on was nice, only to find out too late why the seller didn't use many more, much better pictures or didn't even offer a return policy at all either!
Please ask questions as early on as possible before a listing ends. We're generally here to try to answer questions, but we're NOT a store! We're also not always connected or "wired" to the internet 24/7 either. We're just individuals selling off our own personal things we've collected over the years. We may not always see or be able to answer every question in time near the end of a listing, as for us, this isn't the "main" thing in our lives. We hope you'll understand!
