This punched heart mold is a sieve for cheese making. It is very rare to find a heart shaped mold with feet. Round shapes are more common and the heart ones generally don’t have feet. This one is densely perforated and in very nice condition with rust spots here and there. Rolled top edge. French, early 1900s. Measures 5½ x 5 3/4” x 2 3/8”.
