To Canada:

• We ship via Canada Post expedited parcel and lettermail.
• Canadian customers must pay all applicable taxes at checkout. We are a registered business.
• Domestic shipments will be supplied with a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number if available.
• Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 1 business day.
• West Canadian residents, please note that your order may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

To USA and INTERNATIONAL:

• We ship via Canada Post, shipments are processed once payment clears and dispatch within 1 business day.
• Small packet Air - USA may take 1-2 weeks for delivery due to customs; USA Lettermail is 2-3 weeks including customs verification.
• Small packet Air - INTERNATIONAL may take 2-3 weeks for delivery due to customs; INTERNATIONAL Lettermail is 3-4 weeks including customs verification.
• Import duties & taxes are not included in item price or shipping costs. They are the buyer's responsibility. We do not mark items as "gifts"
• Check with your country's customs office to determine import costs prior to bidding/buying.
• **Allow 4-6 weeks for arrival to Austria, Brazil, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia & Spain.

Return Policy:

If you are unsatisfied by your ordered products, you can ask a refund if the return of the product is made under 30 days after its reception and in same condition.
