Remarks: *Contentful and moving private letter, six months before his death, to a lady friend and patron, in which he writes openly about his serious illness and in detail about his "precarious" financial situation. "I am deeply grateful to you for your humanity and openness. Especially for your kind offer to allow me a spa stay. I would gladly and gratefully accept it, but I can't because I can no longer travel." It's also about Peter Saher: "He let me go since he realized that I couldn't do anything for him materially." - Gebser writes in detail about his financial hardships, that he is denied the monthly donation from a donor association (due to inheritance disputes) was withdrawn. His main income (giving lectures) has been completely eliminated due to his illness, as "... The situation is a bit precarious [...] I don't know yet what will happen next... but enough... Do not take what has been communicated as a complaint. As long as I can work, I have no reason to complain... I'm grateful for that. I mean, I still have a lot to do. Another three books have been started. It's not up to me to decide whether I can end it. What is supposed to happen will happen..."
