Note1: This item does not include any refilling instructions. (use syringes to refill)

1. Need to turn off all security software and firewalls first because some files may be treated as Viruses or Trojan.In fact, it is not, and safe for sure.
2. after the installation, plug in the USB key dongle to the computer and restart the program, without the USB key, it will notice "can't find key lock" as an error.
3. click the mouse right to run it in administrator mode, done
4. If the file was removed by antivirus, please shut down the antivirus and reinstall.
5. Pls also turn off the window automatic update, otherwise, the update will shut down the software and can't open.
6. Please notice this software is working on 64-bit Windows 7/8/10/11 home only, not working on Mac or Windows 10 pro / 11 pro.
