Blue hat features "Rocawear" embroidered on left side & the Japanese Letter "石" which translates roughly to "Stoned" or Stone, obviously a play on marijuana/pot culture - fitted size is 6 3/4 and measurement is approximately 21-21 1/4 inches in circumference (around head)
