I do my best to disclose any imperfections I see, either in the description or in the photos, or both. I do miss things sometimes, though, and promise to quickly rectify any mistake I make.

Most of my items are from estate sales; my home is a clean, pet-friendly, non-smoking environment. 

I buy new boxes and packaging materials as needed, and also use many recycled packaging materials -- including boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts -- to help keep shipping costs down and to be kinder to the environment.  Pre-used boxes and bubble wrap are sanitized with alcohol wipes before re-using.
