PERFECT CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) wire:
The 30AWG PERFECT CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) wire is 0.55mm outer diameter. It's litz construction 7 strands and each strand is 0.1mm diameter 99.999% 5N PERFECT CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) wires in oversized PTFE Teflon insulation for a more cleaner sound. Woven Teflon Litz construction is ideal to deliver RFI and EMI rejection and provides low capacitance. High grade Teflon insulation gives a predominant air dielectric and is regarded as the best insulator for bare cable. PCOCC is some of the finest copper wires available for audio and lends itself perfectly to the delicate signal transfer between your cartridge and headshell. Unlike common manufacturing processes, the PCOCC copper wires undergo a tightly controlled and extended cooling process resulting in an ideal, homogeneous structure. This 5N (99.999%) PCOCC materials is from FURUKAWA JAPAN. Every piece leadwire is made of 2 pieces transparent 30AWG PERFECT CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) wires and litz construction for much more cleaner sound. That's means every one set leadwire we use 8 pieces 30AWG PERFECT CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) wires.
Terminal: phosphor copper and 24K gold plated, for 1.2 mm standard cartridge pins.
Terminals are welded on leadwire by hand with lead-free environmental safe solder and equipment one by one to ensure high electrical conductivity, high reliability, durability and long life. Quality and performance are much better than the original Dual terminal wires/pins!
