Used, great condition - straps at plastic hook show wear - they are slightly shorter than normal so there is less room for adjusting the straps. I think my daughter may have cut them at some point trying to get the strap out of the hook so they were frayed on the end.  I did my best to repair them.  They seem to be working now.

Otherwise the back pack is in excellent condition.
