Made by French clock maker MSB and marked on the bottom center of the hand painted porcelain face  - Hands do move but it appears to be over wound. Missing the class front over the clock face but the cast iron body is very nice. Heavy and gilt with just the right amount of patina for a wonderful decor piece.
