RETURNS:  All vintage and pre-owned items are sold as is with no returns.  If you receive the wrong item or if damaged in shipping we will will resolve quickly via refund, credit or exchange!  We strive to make each transaction pleasant, and want you be aware of & comfortable with our service and policies.    

PHOTOS:   Photos are of the actual item in natural light, unless noted as stock photo.  We show many photos of the actual product at multiple angles for accuracy. 

COLORS:  We do our best to list colors accurately and coordinate our camera so they match as close to reality as possible.  However colors may vary slightly due to lighting and color settings on viewing devices.  

FEEDBACK:  Please contact us before leaving feedback if there are any issues with your shipment.  We do not disappear after the sale, and will promptly resolve to your satisfaction.  

SHIPPING:   We ship fast, properly, and will combine shipping.  We charge only the actual cost of shipping + materials.  We do not charge handling fees.  Fragile items are padded with many layers, and often double-boxed.  We do our best to make sure your item arrives safely and in tact.
