Originally sold as part of a run to celebrate the Music Zoo's 25th Anniversary, this is a Taylor Custom Shop GA with a hand-picked set of Lutz Spruce for the top and Blackheart Sassafras for the back and sides. Appointments are kept dark and mysterious with African ebony used for a single-ring rosette and for the top bevel which acts as an extremely comfortable armrest. The tuners are satin black as well to match the natural brown and black motifs. The guitar is in excellent overall condition with little to no wear on it.

Payments

The Music Zoo accepts payment through PayPal, with a debit/credit card or linked bank account. Need more time to pay? Check out PayPal Credit, or contact us for other options! Shipments within New York are subject to state sales tax. Payment is expected within 3 days, or an unpaid item case will be opened and the item will be relisted if the case is closed without a received payment. We also accept trades and consignments, if you're looking to get your out of pocket cost down!

Shipping

New items over $100 ship free throughout the US via UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day. USPS is used for smaller items. Our handling times rarely exceed 1 business day. If for some reason there is a delay processing your order, we will contact you right away.

International orders ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. International shipments are generally subject to Customs Duties (VAT Charges) above and beyond the purchase price and shipping charged by The Music Zoo. We do not lower declared values on international packages. Customers should consult Customs in their own country about these additional charges prior to purchasing. Items containing Rosewood will require approximately 3 to 4 weeks of processing/handling time due to required CITES documentation.

If an item arrives with any issue or amount of damage not disclosed prior to purchase, please hold the item, be sure to retain all packing materials and contact us immediately. Please allow us the opportunity to help prior to lodging a claim with your credit card company or PayPal. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and inspected immediately. Please do not send the item back yourself unless instructed by The Music Zoo, this will greatly complicate the process. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you in full if the item is not replaceable.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us if you are not before leaving any feedback! Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the sale price. No RMA needed! The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways as these are separate transactions. If the item is not as described, we will cover the shipping charges either through the Ebay Return or we will send a return label. Returns are inspected upon arrival to confirm condition.
