Inner circle slightly dislocated over the designated area.

Missing piece of metal (round dent) next to the left wing of the eagle.

Number 2 on the face of the coin is very thin making the level of the inner circle nearly flat and equal with the outer circle.

Top right corner of the face of the coin is distorted.
