  • Shipping - Please ensure all orders are checked for product shortages or damage within 48 hours of receipt and email details along with pictures of any packaging or product damage. We would be unable to process a claim for any damage or shortage after this time.
  • Orders received after 4.00pm - are dispatched on the following weekday. We do not dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • UK Postal districts such as the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, might incur a higher delivery charge. We will of course cancel your order if this is unacceptable to you. Incorrect addresses or Re-directed deliveries - Might incur additional costs but we will inform you first of any additional payment required.

Unwanted Item - If you wish to return your item, then you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unassembled and with ALL original packaging intact. Item must also be undamaged and in a resalable condition. Please also refer to eBay's item condition return policy. Buyer must pay the full P&P costs of returning the item.

  1. Returning Items - After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and return requests will not be accepted. We will not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.

  4. Ancillary Equipment and all Electronic Goods - We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to ancillary equipment or electronic goods connected to our supplied item, as it is your responsibility to check and ensure suitability before connection.

Electronic and Electrical Goods - We are unable to accept a warranty claim for any product in this category after 90 days.
