We don't have the original box but a stock photo of one shows the joystick has the following features:

The joystick is in excellent cosmetic condition. There are some very fine, light grey hairline cracks above the Throttle Control knob on the side but apart from those, the joystick has no cracks, breaks or repairs and it's in bright and clean condition.
