We are pleased to be offering this beautiful example of Hunzinger’s work from the 1880s as displayed in this beautiful platform rocker with the recognizable patented spring mechanism that only George Hunzinger could use. It has barley twist posts, lollipop supports under the arms, barley twist on the arms, and barley twist on the cross stretchers of the base. It is finished in a dark oak stain that goes well with the wine colored crush velour fabric. I love Hunzinger rockers, and this one is beautifully done with the carvings, patina and upholstery. The overall size is 27 inches wide, 19 inches deep on the seat, 44 inches high to the posts, and 16 inches high to the seat. Shipping starts at $285 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
