Rosary Chaplet
Beautiful Stations of the Cross Rosary Chaplet with 1/2" tall, oval silver-toned Stations of the Cross medals which have a full color image of each station on one side and the corresponding Roman numeral on the back. The 7/8"tall centerpiece is actually a 15th station - the Resurrection. The 1-1/2" tall silver-toned Crucifix is actually a cutout "scene" which includes St John and Mary at the foot of the cross. The Crucifix was made in the USA; the Stations medals were made in Italy; and the chaplet itself was handmade by me in our home in the USA.
After each stations medal are three beads; to pray the chaplet, say an Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be while meditating upon each station. The card we made for this chaplet rosary has both the traditional list of 14 stations plus the new list created by Pope St John Paul II which are based upon the Way of the Cross as told in the Gospel accounts. We also include a card with the Stations of the Resurrection which can be used with this Chaplet during the Easter season.
All the beads are genuine Czech pressed glass hearts that are about 5 x 8 mm. The Stations beads are light amethyst purple and ruby red; the beginning section beads are a pale blue crackle glass.
The 6 beads in the beginning section traditionally represent Mary's tears; there are no standard prayers for these 6 beads; you can use them to mention your special intentions; the person(s) you are praying for; or choose any other prayers you would like. We include a few different prayer cards you can use for these beads.
This chaplet is about 31" long with a circular section that is about 48" around. It's just perfect for praying during Lent; for someone who can't get to church to pray the stations; for Fridays throughout the year; or to add more dimension to your prayer life. It also makes a great gift.

The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although they are not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of our customers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 "pages" and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about the saint or Catholic devotion.
