All items are dispatched using either Royal Mail or a Courier service depending on weight and/or size. We send anything too big or heavy for the Large Letter Class via Courier. Please contact us if you have any issues with how your item(s) will be sent. To protect both the seller and you the buyer all items over £15.00 are sent using a signed for service and you will need to ensure someone is at home to receive the parcel

Items are shipped during normal working hours between Monday to Friday. Most items are dispatched on the day of payment where payment is received in time otherwise they are usually sent the next working day, however, please allow up to three working days for dispatch. No items are dispatched during a weekend or public holiday.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery day nor can we offer a timed delivery. If you would like a timed delivery, it is essential that you contact us prior to bidding or buying. It is not always possible and when it is, it will incur an extra charge.

In accordance with eBay Seller Protection policy we can only dispatch items to the registered address of the buyer as supplied to us by eBay. If you require your item sending to an alternative address then it is your responsibility to ensure that your address is updated in your eBay profile before placing bids or buying. You are welcome to collect your item from our store in Colwyn Bay on the North Wales Coast should you wish to do so.

We will usually ask for your telephone number at checkout. This is required by most courier companies these day in case of any issues with delivery. It helps if you can leave a note at checkout.

We offer 6 Month Warranty Against Mechanical Breakdown on all our used equipment.
This does not include: Accidental damage, Shutter/Mirror Breakdown over the companies rated amount and/or loss or theft. 
On our Vintage items such as Film Cameras this warranty does not cover failed light seals as this is classed as wear and tear.

Please keep a copy of your receipt which is enclosed in your delivery.

We use myshuttercount.com & ShutterCount App in Apple App Store. The winning bidder can check this using the same method, please however allow a dozen or so actuations either side of any figure given due to your camera may be double checked just before sending out to you. 

DISCLAIMER - we have no connection with this website and provide this shutter count to help your buying decision - we cannot state with 100% accuracy how correct the shutter count reading is - but have no reason to dispute it.

Photographs - We DO NOT use google/stock images for any of our second hand goods sold on eBay. We take them at the time of listing and use them as part of the condition description.

Inventory - We sell all our items via our Website, High Street Store and other various places on the web. In the unlikely event one of our listings is corrupted we have the right to cancel the order and refund your money. We use a 3rd Party App to link our inventory together and sometimes things get corrupted. You will see this as the description and the title may not be related. If you have any questions please contact us and one of our team will answer you promptly.
