This ancient Chinese Han Dynasty pottery figure is a beautifully crafted piece of art. The intricate details of the long robe and the spiritual figure make it a valuable addition to any collection. Made of pottery, this antique original stands at a height of 16 3/4 inches (43cm). Its origin can be traced back to China during the period of 202 BC-220 AD. Many traces of the original paint slip can still be seen.
I purchased this piece in the mid 1990's and it was legally imported into the United States at that time. For this reason, this item can not be exported and I will not ship it out of the US.
