Marked a slim Medium, I assume this is a mens jacket, but the numbers seem more like a small than a slim medium IMO

Chest measures 20.5 inches pit to pit

waist is 19 inches across

hips/waistband/hem is 21.5 inches across

shoulders are 17 inches across

sleeve length is 24 inches (measured from the outer seam to the end of the sleeve cuff)
