This is a new, open box customer return. The rack is in new condition but there is one problem. The previous customer managed to break both of the quick release bolt mechanism. It looks like they over tightened both of them and sheered them off. Someone with a little ingenuity could probably figure out how to modify it to make it work again. It will require parts. I will try to show the problem in the photos. I will also include the broken parts that I have. Please see photos.
