The decals are printed on high grade clear water slide decal paper. They are produced as an entire sheet and the individual decals are not separate on the transparent layer. The transparent sheet is very thin and conforms well to model contours, although a decal setting solution is still recommended. They are sealed with a clear coat to protect them during handling & application.

As the paper is clear the decals are semi-transparent and final colour is affected by the under-lying model colour giving a weathered/aged effect. Any pure white areas on the decal sheet will be completely clear on the decal and it is recommended to mask and paint the underlying area white if desired.
