Where possible we will use our own delivery team which will be-able to drop off your item directly to your property. However if this is not possible the item will be delivered by a pallet courier company and will arrive on a pallet, the driver will take the item off of the lorry but can not take it into the house. We recommend two able bodied people to receive the delivery.
