Heavy rubbing and wear to exterior, with spine heavily rubbed and leather splitting at the tail. Moderate to heavy foxing throughout. Gutter reinforced with tape at the final page, and that leaf also with a closed tear repaired with tape on the verso. One other page with a small tape repair at an edge.
