Due to the new payment system on eBay - PAYONEER - there is a delay of 2 - 3 days in the transfer of funds from buyer to seller. This delay will be reflected in the shipping protocol.

Except on weekends and postal holidays, I ship as SOON AS POSSIBLE after receiving payment.

SPECIAL NOTE: Shipping Fee, if any, includes postage PLUS handling PLUS packing materials, etc.

Returns: 

Returns accepted but ONLY IF wrong item sent, or item does not match the description. Read the SPECS. I am selling what is described. I will NOT accept returns for reasons of Buyer's Remorse, and neither will eBay.

Before  I ship the watch, I will set the time to YOUR time zone - so you can see that the crown / stem / movement is working perfectly. 

I will send you pictures of it running at 10-second intervals. 

This way you know you are getting the watch that is described: a perfect watch, and not a broken one.

Buyer must first contact me within 3 days of receipt if there is an OBJECTIVE (not subjective) problem. 

No return is honored without this communication. After inspection, refund will be issued only if the item is in the SAME condition as when it left my hands. 

When checking for mechanical soundness, DO NOT wear the watch, or tamper with it in anyway.

You can check that it is running simply by waving it back and forth gently. 

If the watch is NOT running, contact me immediately.
