(auch Tehodo V., * vor 665 - 717, Herzog der Bajuwaren in Baiern) durch den heiligen Rupert von Salzburg (um 650 Worms? - 718 ebd., Bischof von Worms und Salzburg) sowie den Tod des Sohnes von Tassilo III. (um 741 - um 796, Herzog der Baiern aus dem Hause der Agilolfinger).

  • Zustand: Akzeptabler Zustand. Entlang der Blattränder sind geringfügige Verfärbungen und Stockflecken sichtbar sowie Beschädigungen durch Knicke und kurze Randeinrisse. Beide Darstellungen sind durch angerissene Linien gerahmt, die dunkel gefärbtes und leicht angerautes Papier umgeben. Die Drucke selbst sind nahezu unbetroffen und machen einen sehr guten Eindruck.

The scenes show the baptism of Duke Theodos II (also Tehodo V, * before 665 - 717, Duke of the Bavarians in Bavaria) by St. Rupert of Salzburg (c. 650 Worms? - 718 ibid., Bishop of Worms and Salzburg) and the death of the son of Tassilo III (c. 741 - c. 796, Duke of the Bavarians from the House of Agilolfing).

  • Condition: Rather good condition. Minor discolouration and foxing are visible along the margins, as well as damage due to creases and short tears at the edges. Both illustrations are framed by torn lines surrounding dark coloured and slightly roughened paper. The prints themselves are almost unaffected and make a very good impression.
