  • Beschreibung: Eine Nonne läutet eine Glocke während andere mit Kerzen und Messbüchern durch einen Kreuzgang zur Messe schreiten. Oben links befindet sich ein aufgehängtes Banner mit einem Sinnspruch: "Das Nönchen laeut zur Messenzeit die Glock schlägt zwei sie geh'n in's Chor in einer Reih'". Unten mittig befindet sich im Druckstock das Monogramm des Künstlers "CP". Rechts befinden sich auf einer Treppenstufe weitere Initialen: "RvH".

  • Zustand: Akzeptabler Zustand. Vereinzelt sind blasse Stockflecken erkennbar. Entlang der Blattkanten sind leichte bräunliche Verfärbungen sichtbar. Die linke Blattkante scheint aus einer Buchbindung oder ähnlichem herausgelöst worden zu sein. Die rechte untere Blattecke ist umgeknickt.

  • Date: 19th century

  • Description: A nun rings a bell while others with candles and missals walk through a cloister to mass. At the top left is a suspended banner with a motto: "The little nun rings the bell at mass time, two of them go into the choir in a row". The artist's monogram "CP" is in the lower centre of the printing block. On the right there are further initials on a step: "RvH".

  • Condition: Rather good condition. Pale foxing is visible in isolated cases. Slight brownish discolouration is visible along the edges of the sheet. The left sheet edge seems to have been detached from a book binding or similar. The lower right corner of the sheet is folded.
