Antique Lovely Art Nouveau Lady Glove Box Pyrography ca. 1910

A very nice example of a decorated glove box with the burnt in image of a lovely woman's face and a juicy cluster of grapes.

Her headpiece is reminiscent of an Alphonse Mucha Design or possibly Egyptian revival.

The condition of this over 100 year old box shows it's journey:

The bottom right side panel has been replaced. The hinges are a little loose and the top latch is missing. 2 of the brass escutcheon pins were missing and replaced with wire brads. Light staining inside and on the bottom. Some of the joints might need glue.
