This is a SUPER playset. Never played with. The paper fold is included but a bit rough as pictured. There is a paper floor and a sheet of paper money. The rest of the items are thicker cardboard. The paper floor does have some minimal damage and should be handled with care. The cardboard items have not been punched out or used as pictured, a few of the grocery product pieces do come loose from the sheet but as you can see they sit perfectly and display beautifully. This is a great set, hard to find this complete and with the little metal badge for a small child to wear. WOW! Wonderful display item! Approximately 24" by 24" by 12". Everything folds flat and was made to be inside the paper envelope that is included.
