No chips or cracks, (Some roughness on the cut fitter end, which is normal) and is clean inside. This is 6" high overall, 6.5" at the widest and would fit on a 3" fitter. (See last photo for verification of fitter size). Shipping is based on 2 pounds. I bubble wrap and pack well.
