This is New Old Stock (NOS) original Russian Raketa watch, unused, unworn, in original plastic box and passport. No strap, as in these years the Raketas were delivered from the factory.
The model reference number is 4673374. The first 3 numbers are pointing to the case type. Raketa produced many 24H models with inner bezels (rotated by the crown at 4). The main four model lines are:
Traveller - 467 - with 2nd time zone bezel
Watchman - 468 - with navy shifts bezel
Worldtimer - 469 - with cities from around the world bezel
Radio Room - 473 - with modified navy shifts bezel and radio silence marks on the dial
The watch is new, unused and working, but after 30 years in the drawer you have to think about servicing this watch.
