This lens set is the early style (mfg date prior to Jan 1, 1970) lens without the horizontal rectangular reflector in the center portion.

After Jan 1, 1970, new DOT regulations required a reflective lens on the rear of the vehicle. 

these will fit 1969 models, they do not feature the painted horizontal silver accent stripe that is commonly found on all 1969 models. 

the driver side lens has no cracks and all the bezel tabs are intact 

the passenger side lens has 2 cracks (see pic 11) on the bottom and 1 on the side (see pic 13) where it is mounted 

also the bottom bezel tabs are all broken
