Description

This is the body of FERNANDES FST-135 made in 1984.

This is a high-end model of THE FUNCTION series that is equipped with a non-pickguard that existed in the earliest L series, Floyd Rose (MADE IN GERMANY), and a 24F ebony fingerboard neck.

The top model is the FST-155, which is based on this model and has gold parts and binding on the body and neck, but the parts installed are the same.

The body material is alder, and only the high-end model has a 2P center.

The neck corresponds to a regular scale 24F with a brim, and the neck pocket has a square shape.

The jack is side-loaded and has a 4-point plastic stop that can break easily.

STF-2V is stamped on the front PU counterbore.

The construction is made by Kawai Musical Instruments, so the use of jigs and other details are exactly the same as THE REVAIVAL series from the same period.
