Medal of Prussian Kaisers- Wilhelm II and Friedrich V

I have an similar, same Like this one for sale,which is part of mine private collection,and always been wondering how and why some others are half of my price cheaper.

And now I see,probably cos they are half of a size of that one I have,this medal is 22mm aprox
