Vintage 1960s dress made by John Wynkoop for Petites by Penny Young. The dress is in a slightly sheer white fabric with iridescent white threaded vertical stripes. Buttons down the front act as the closure and meet at an elastic waist for a comfortable fit. 

Approximate measurements when taken flat:

-Bust: 17"

-Waist: 14.75-16"

-Hips: 18"
-Length: 40"

Flaws: Slight yellowing under arms, did not try to clean.
