There is no part number on it,This has been stored in dry storage for over 40 years, has paint wear in a few smaller places and I tried to capture that in the pics.   I would put on a driver as is,  can repaint for show.  I do not see any cracks in this one which is  uncommon
  i see a slight chip under where the horn button bezel goes which should be hidden when installed
large package.   they used this same wheel 1961-66 on cars  with numerous colors
