Pre-Owned but does not seem to have been worn. No defects or issues that we can find. Please look closely at all

MEASUREMENTS:
This is an adult-sized hat that is adjustable with snapback that will fit most adult-sized heads. If you already know that the wearer has a head size that is typically larger than most, or has a fluffy hairstyle that needs a much bigger size -or conversely that the wearer has a head size much smaller than most- then there is a possibility that this hat *might* not fit. We have provided a photo of our foam head with a measuring tape for your reference.

SHIPPING:
WE SHIP FROM HAWAI'I! It does cost a little bit more to ship from here in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, simply due to the distance and the increased number of post office
transfers. It may take an extra day or so to arrive on the US mainland (when compared to items
that are shipped from within the US mainland). Please note that extreme weather conditions, shopping season (i.e. Christmas), and other odd events may affect shipping time. Please understand that we -the sellers- have no control over the actual USPS shipping time frame.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A SECURE SHIPPING LOCATION... We hate "Porch Pirates" too, but are not responsible for their thefts.
If you would like Signature Confirmation for your package, you must contact
us PRIOR to purchase so that we can make the proper price (+ $3.80),
packaging, and labeling adjustments.
Shipping costs include: the actual cost of
shipping, plus the cost of any applicable materials used for your
package such as envelopes, bags, boxes, bubble wrap, protective foam,
etc.
DOMESTIC Shipping:
Your hat will ship IN A BOX via USPS Ground Advantage mail, within one Business Day
after eBay has confirmed your payment AND mailing address. Make
sure that the mailing address is fully correct; we do not ship to
alternative/email-requested addresses. If you have accidentally
provided the wrong address, you must cancel your order and re-purchase
using the proper mailing address.
Combined Domestic Shipping?
Usually we can combine items *depending on what the items are*. If
the combined shipping cost is less than what you originally paid, we
will refund the difference back to you.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
We use ONLY eBay's International Shipping program for international
shipping. All requests to ship directly will be declined. BUYER is
responsible for all additional International shipping fees, as well as
any/all taxes and Customs/Import issues. Please understand that we (the
seller) cannot control the additional costs of international shipping or Customs/Import fees, as
these prices are determined by the US Postal Service, eBay, your local parcel
delivery service, and your country's import laws. There will be an extended shipping time.
If you are buying more than one item from our store for International Delivery,
please message us before purchase with a list of each item that you
want. We will create a new listing for you that includes all the items
as one combined listing. This will ensure that we can send all the
items together in one package, which will help to save on shipping
costs.
How eBay's International Shipping works: First,
we will ship your package to one of eBay's International Shipping warehouses. There, your package will be inspected and re-labelled
with your international shipping address and tracking number. You will be able to see the tracking numbers through your eBay account. There will be an
extended shipping time that we cannot control. We also cannot control any International Customs, Taxes/Fees, or Import issues.
