June 24, 2023 maintenance (power supply module is defective but cannot be repaired, so a new power supply was made, all deteriorated capacitors were replaced, pin jacks were replaced, gain switch was replaced due to poor contact, each gain was readjusted, and operation was inspected (module is currently fine).
