  • Beschreibung: Das Kunstwerk präsentiert eine allegorische Szene, das Zentrum bildet ein klassisch inspiriertes Gefäß, getragen von drei Figuren. Eine vierte Figur sitzt auf der Oberseite, entblößt, mit kunstvoll drapierten Tüchern, ihre Pose nachdenklich. Der Sockel des Gefäßes ziert eine Inschrift. Der Stil der Zeichnung weist auf traditionelle Techniken hin, die Darstellung ist detailreich mit feinen Linien ausgeführt. Der Hintergrund bleibt einheitlich und betont das Motiv.

  • Description: The artwork presents an allegorical scene, with a classically inspired vessel in the centre, supported by three figures. A fourth figure sits on top, exposed, with artfully draped cloths, her pose thoughtful. An inscription adorns the base of the vessel. The style of the drawing is reminiscent of traditional techniques, the depiction is richly detailed with fine lines. The background remains uniform and emphasises the motif.

  • Condition: Good condition. Slightly creased in places. The corners of the sheet are minimally bumped. The lower left corner of the sheet creased diagonally. Slight discolouration in the upper corners due to mounting on the reverse.
