  • Beschreibung: Malerische Auenlandschaft mit eingestreuten Felsen und aufragender Steilwand links. Auf der Wiese Hirten mit einzelnen Schafen. Laut Beischrift "Am Teverone", dem alten Namen des Tiberzuflusses Aniene der durch die Campagna Romana fließt und die berühmten Wasserfälle von Tivoli ausbildet.

  • Description: Picturesque meadow landscape with scattered rocks and towering cliff on the left. Shepherds with individual sheep in the meadow. According to the inscription "Am Teverone", the old name of the Tiber tributary Aniene, which flows through the Campagna Romana and forms the famous waterfalls of Tivoli.

  • Condition: Very good condition. Smoothed creases and restored short marginal tear along the right edge of the sheet. Significantly browned along the left edge of the sheet. The corners of the sheet minimally bumped. Scattered small stains visible in the centre and at the top.
