The blazer jacket for sale is the same as the Billie Joe is seen wearing in the first photo of the listing. I cannot confirm this, but due to how rare it is, it could be the same one from that shoot. I CANNOT CONFIRM THIS, but it has never been found or listed elsewhere. I have never worn it, but it looks like it has been washed, maybe to remove the chalk marks.

Pre-owned but in good condition Adeline Street Clothing Blazer Jacket. See pictures. The jacket is a size Large for women. The model is a 5'3" and can easily fit a man that is 5'7". The jacket has custom patches and a red custom skully lining. The jacket has a custom Adeline Street hangtag on the inside. Also has an awesome faux leopard skin lined lapel/collar. There is an extra button that seems to have been added and you can see it was a rush job. See the pictures.

This is a rare find. Adeline Street Clothing was a venture of Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong and his wife Adrienne Nesser Armstrong and shut down over a decade ago. Great for any One Eyed Bastard. Finding anything from this company is nearly impossible, especially in this condition.
