Top tip: Fill your food flask with hot water and let it sit for a few minutes. Then simply take the water out and dry the inside. This will heat up the inside of the pod and help keep your food even hotter for longer. Try the same with ice cubes and cold water to keep the flask cold for longer!

Food: Do not put raw meat into the pod. Make sure all food is fully cooked before going into the flask, this thermal flask will not cook food, it will only keep food hot.
