Tips for applying?

Our best tip would be to make sure anywhere you're putting the tape is clean, by this we mean make sure that your skin doesn't have any oils or lotions on it. If you do you will find that the tape won't have the same lasting effect. Our other big advice would be to always use the silicone nipple covers, put them on-top of your nipples then apply the tape over these. This will keep your nipples fully protected at all times.

Easy Removal

No one wants to be messed around with something that takes an age to remove without any problems, that why we've ensured our tape is both painless and quick to remove. We'd recommend that you apply baby oil to the tape, leave for 5 to 10 minutes then while holding your skin tight, simply peel the tape away. No baby oil at hand? Don't worry, you can achieve the same results from warm soapy water.
