This is a VERY RARE Dual Censor Cover sent from Oshkosh, WI to Zurich, Switzerland on June 10, 1940. It has the dual censors 5398 CL 5 A, & 6155 CL 5 D. Both of these are known to have been used in Bermuda, AND this is the earliest known Bermuda use for each type!
