Most items are pre-owned and I am not the original owner. Because my items come to me secondhand, I can’t always account for their history (i.e. how long they were used, whether they were always in a smoke/pet free home).

I ship on business days only. The majority of my items ship in bubble envelopes or poly mailers unless I feel like it would be damaged in a mailer.
