You are buying the genuine Disney Pixar hat shown in the pictures - Stamped and authentic!!! It is about 5 1/2" long.
This hat does not have any felt on it - it is all plastic.
This particular hat has a dark strip around the head part. It appears to be a little deformed, but I think the hat is supposed to be that way! SEE PICTURES!
