This is likely the only example of this hat known today. Through trademark research I have learned that in 1997, converse Inc tried and failed to launch a sister wrist watch company, it lasted a few years but then they let the trademark lapse and started making watches under the official converse brand. This hat was made during that time and given to few people related with the campaign. I have not been able to locate the trademark records that deal with the star logo but I have found the actual “converse” lettering in the trademark records.
